You can only take them to the outside cages i volunteer there
Yes you can only take the dog for walk inside kennels in the back of the building but there are few balls out there u can throw for the dogs inside each dog kennel.
I don't know if you can leave the property and whatnot but I do know they have an area for you to go and kind of interact with the dog
