Where is the best place to stay near the grand canyon and which airport is closest? Travelling from the UK.

We flew in to Page Arozona and stayed in Page as well. There are so many sites you can access from there including the Grand Canyon

The Canyon and RV park. About 45 min away from Grand Canyon. Near Bearizona and the town William's is awesome to see.

To visit the north end of the Grand Canyon fly into Las Vegas. To visit the south end of the Grand Canyon fly into Phoenix and take a hop flight to Flagstaff. Hope this helps.

Flagstaff is reasonably close we stayed in Phoenix so not sure if any airline fly to Flagstaff
