My salmon came out with skins that’s completely burnt to ashes. It almost looked like Pompeii after the volcano erupted. Yes salmon with slightly crispy skin is fine but this was just pure carcinogens. The vegetables and rice were not bad and the service was good. Seriously the place need a new cook who doesn’t screw up some fundamentals of cooking.

I went here with lot of expectations. Price is on higher side. My waiter was way too bad. He forgot multiple dishes including kids drink and ice cream. I have to remind him multiple times. Food was over cooked and we saw similar experience for folks around our table. Also very slow in serving and managing bills. Overall bad experience for my family. Nearby steakhouse that I went prior day was awesome experience.

Quick Summary The steakhouse in the Best Western. Food was decent, our waiter, Alec, was excellent, but food did take a while to arrive. Reservations are encouraged but we got lucky with a walk-in after sunset Food- 4 stars Bread- complimentary bread was good. Nothing special, but good to wet the appetite Ribeye- they cooked it perfectly, but not the best marbling or seasoning. Seabass- this was pretty good Service- 5 stars Our server, Alec, was fantastic throughout. The kitchen was running a bit slow though to get our food (probably around 30-40 minutes to get our meal) Bottom Line The prices can be a bit expensive since it's in the Grand Canyon area with limited options. However, the Coronado Room is a decent dinner spot when you're staying at the Best Western

Good food, probably the best in town. Friendly service but not the most efficient. A little pricey but quality was there.
