Yes but it can get slightly rough in some parts depemsing on the trail you take. When I went on a hike here there was a young couple hiking with their baby on a stroller. They seemed like they were pretty fit so it must've not been a problem for them
It's not meant for them but if you do don't take a big heavy one, there are some areas that you will need to carry the stroller.
Technically yes, but I don't think you'd enjoy pushing a stroller on those dirt surfaces. Instead I've seen people hike with backpacks designed to hold their baby.
It is doable with the right stroller. You won't be able to go on some of the trails but should be able to get in a few miles easy.

Not really. This is a trail with loose sandy sections and some short, steep, rocky sections that will be difficult to traverse. A running stroller might have a better chance.
