Hanaeleh is an amazing place! The horses there are lovingly cared for. They try to find homes for them! Staffed fully by volunteers as well! Open houses happen every month, and they're always looking for potential volunteers to help out around the rescue!

Hi Hailey, so happy to hear you want to help horses! Due to our insurance coverage, our volunteer minimum age is 16. We usually offer an open house every month that all ages can attend but due to COVID, we have temporarily stopped them. If you sign up for our newsletter, you'll get more info on when we can begin in-person open houses. You'll also get the story of our sweet Ulysses, who was saved from starvation. Hi Nicki, we are a horse rescue so we don't have any horses for sale. We rescue horses, rehab them and then offer them for adoption. We have rescued miniature horses in the past but rarely and we don't have any now. Thanks for your inquiry.
