Does Ruth's Chris Portland have a Happy Hour? The website is really hard to use to get information on this. I'm on the Ruth's Portland page but it has a disclaimer that it doesn't apply in OR???

Yeah a ridiculous happy hour. I believe Monday through Thursday 4pm until 7pm. All food and drinks on happy hour menu are $9 including the best deal on ahi if that's your thing.

I've eaten their several times, but it's always for dinner, so I'm not sure about a happy hour. It would be awesome if they did since the quality of food and service is amazing. Sorry I couldn't be of more help to you. They have been quick to answer their phone for reservations, so just give them a call.
