Safety and cleanliness have gone downhill since we moved in 3 years ago. New management is now raising rent without any improvements. 3 different building managers in 3 years. Neighbors truck was stolen out of the parking lot, parking garage doors in the closed lot didn’t work for 3 months last year. Elevators break constantly and take weeks to fix. Roaches in units and rats outside building. Response times are bad. Promised remodels never delivered always “waiting for go ahead from corporate”. I emailed about spilled pasta sauce in the entrance and an abandoned vehicle in parking lot a month or so ago. The sauce is now cooked into the concrete and the vehicle is still sitting in the lot.

We moved into the cutest one bedroom apartment here! It's got hardwood floors, tons of natural light, and a gorgeous view. Our favorite part about the building is the rooftop garden / patio area, especially during COVID when it's hard to feel safe & sanitary in public spaces. However, we tried to visit it twice in the past 3 days and it's been locked during open hours. I contacted Sydney about it once and she told me that because she wasn't there, it wasn't unlocked, but I don't understand why it isn't unlocked during the roof's posted & advertised open hours, regardless of if someone is in the office. I was really excited about living here, but this was disappointing & hopefully a fluke / accident. I've contacted them a second time and am waiting to hear back. Updates to come. Update 7/21/20 3--> 5 stars I've already heard back from Kelli who assured me my experience was strange as the roof was supposed to be open yesterday & to let them know if I was unable to access it again. She also assured me she'd checked herself that it was unlocked for our enjoyment today, which was kind of her. Needless to say, we will be visiting the roof shortly! :) I'm pleased with how it was handled & hope this is my only update!
