Beautiful building. Perfectly designed. I've been here nearly 8 years. I love my apartment, the lounge, the patio, and especially the staff. The manager, Marissa, has an exceptionally friendly and welcoming personality. And she does her administrative duties impeccably. I'm always satisfied. The maintenance guru, Steve, is equally adept. Totally competent. This is my home not my apartment.

Park 19 is a great complex in Northwest. It is walking distance to all of your favorite restaurants and bars on NW 21st/23rd. The complex is dog friendly & studio apartments are spacious! I would recommend living here to a friend.

Maybe we're still in the honeymoon phase after our last apartment, but we love this place! Very good location, interesting architectural features, higher-end finishes and fixtures, very well maintained, a lot of friendly tenants, and a *wonderful* staff. Lots of dogs (we like dogs ;-). Lovely little neighborhood park across the street, and probably 100+ restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Overall, great bang for the buck! The cons are minor: The guest studio apt is over-priced, we can sometimes hear our upstairs neighbor walking around, and our bedroom's a little tight for a queen bed (but there are a variety of other layouts if that's a concern).

We used to live here 😃 it’s a nice place. Managment is so helpful and is really friendly❤️ Close to the area there is a convenient store and a hostel that offers good food 🥘 The place is also close to the Fred Meyers. We moved out because the rent was pretty high. If you consider to move here it’s a great place to live 😃👌
