I should’ve listened to the reviews that said the management is not great. We applied, paid a fee and didn’t hear back for a week. During this week, my partner and I called multiple times and got no answers besides one. The staff member we talked to told us our application was still going through screening days after we applied. So we kept waiting. Finally someone answered the phone as we kept calling and said that someone else had applied before us so our application never went though? Even though we were told it did. We are so confused by this entire situation. We paid application fees. It said “pending”. Even if there was a glitch in their system( I understand things happen) the worst part is- the people who work here are cold and did not apologize for the situation or try to make it better. We haven’t even got our fee money back. Or an apology for the wasted time and hope for this apartment. We were lucky to dodge this place. We found a wonderful place near by with incredible, responsive and helpful staff. Listen to reviews when they tell you the management is whack- I wish we did.

The new Valet service has an employee that stole my property out of my car. They have video of them moving my car the day of the theft but because they moved it out of view of the security cameras they don’t have sufficient evidence to fire them so that person still works there. This is according to another valet employee because the manager has refused to give me the video.

I have lived here for 3 years. Yes, the management and front desk turnover is brutal. It is like that at most places so as long as the place is clean and I can find someone to open the door for my package its cool. The amenities here are great when available. Deck is spacious, yoga room, bbq, conference room and indoor spaces are all nice. Pre Covid there were no restrictions and the place was spotless. Greystar has been way more conservative than other buildings during this lockdown but it is what it is. My main complaint here is sadly amenity related. The turf dog area with sprinklers and dog bags was certainly superior to any other buildings we looked at. Any dog owner knows this is a major convenience in the early and late hours. However, there will always be THOSE people that refuse to pick up after their pets. They allow their dogs to "go" in the green space ,in the children's area and of course the concrete right outside the doors. While you cannot see what happens in the green space you can with no doubt see when you walk out the doors and look at the urine stained concrete. The lease states we can be fined $50 for this a**hole behavior but based on results they need to increase it substantially. It appears it is never enforced. Its the same people, over and over. You see them at the elevator and you see them come around the corner with no bag... so rude. I have a dog and I use the pen, I also clean up after my dog with the provided bags (or my own) and place in the provided trash can. If I come downstairs and someone is there - I wait or I take my dog to the park. Every set of management has approached this problem differently and the prior groups did have better success. Sadly now is the worst I have seen in the time I have been here. There were no bags provided for almost 3 days a week plus ago. While some of us bring bags, others obviously do not. So as far as stars go - I still live here and will until my lease is up. If we stay will depend on the cost as always. Certainly didnt want to move during Covid so we are here for a bit longer. Apartments are small but nice, maintenance is responsive when needed. Valet Parking is a bonus.

Absolutely adored living here. Fantastic amenities, safe area, street parking. The staff went above and beyond to help the move in & out. Fantastic place to move to if you are new to Portland.
