People Don't rent here this manager is very rude and disrespectful. Her name is Linda Jordan .These apartments are in horrible situation .Lots of Rats in units and outside lots and lots of mold in units.This manager is pocketing cash money for pets deposits and extra parking spaces.Very mean person most horrible person I have EVER EVER met in my life.When time came for me to find a new place I applied for new apartments and they called Linda the Manager to ask about references she told them she could not talk to them because we didn't give a 30 day notice and she came to us and brought us the 30 day tenants notice already filled out and she told us to sign it .This is against the law to do. These apartments have never had an Portland city inspection. Is very BAD Place to live she doesn't even run a background check on new tenants. There is so many Gang members living here and drug dealers. I would not recommend anyone to rent here!
