This is where I live and it's cheap for Portland a single bed room at 740+.I have lived here about 1&1/2 years and have seen 3 owners in that time. It started with American Property management (strict and sterile) Recently `Stark Firs` bought a vast number of apartments up and down stark.And raised the rate at all of them. Mine raised $90. No improvements thus far. I have a maintence report that has not been completed in over a year. I just do work myself. The middle-aged woman in central office was nasty and absolutely ZERO help. When I mentioned I had spoken to my office near my house already (Just the previous day) she even insinuated that I had somehow manipulated the ladies near my location. And I would be evicted if I did wait as long as She had me concerned so I contacted a lawyer only to find out the lady at the central hub was not only rude but also dumb as brick.
