*Update to come*. TDLR; it’s pretty average with both good perks and unfortunate neighbors. I’ve lived here for 3 months and have seen management change 3 times already. Some of the people who live here obviously don’t care about other people and will smoke in their rooms even though it’s against the lease, leave doors and gates open even though there are signs to keep them closed, and will not respect quiet hours. Laundry machines are broken almost every week. The rooms are tiny and not built very well. NO AC even though it was built this year. The heater constantly malfunctions. You can hear everything your neighbors do, including flushing the toilet. Great location though. (No parking.) Rent is pretty low and includes everything. Animal friendly! But other than that, subpar place to live.

I have lived here for about 6 months and love it. Tenants are super nice and relatively quiet and the building it self is pretty clean. The application and move in process was the best I have ever had to do and management is super easy to work with. Andrea is the community manager and does amazing at her job. Whenever there is a problem or an issue, she’s on top of informing and communicating with the tenants. I don’t think I’ve ever lived in a apartment complex, with so much open line communication, I really appreciate that. So thank you Andrea for all you do for Koz!

The studios are nice. Polite Neighbors. Quit an clean. Polite and friendly management. It's also got 4 bus stops near by so plenty of transportation. All around its a really nice place to live

Been living at koz(y) apartment for 10 months now and it's a great location. Everything most people may need is within few minutes of driving or walking, such as parks, grocery stores, restaurants, library, community college, bars, chiropractors ..etc..Brand-new just built apartment and rent is cheaper than most nearby. Neighbors are friendly and cool from the few interactions that I had. First manager Alisha was great before she left and the current manager Andrea is super professional, available and promt.
