There is no light fixtures in most of the rooms even though there are switches ( which seem connected to nothing) walls are thin so i hope you like hearing your neighbors. As well as the office seems to have been tacking on 1 and 2$ "mystery charges" and then charging the tenants for such as well as a late fee of said mystery charges.

We recently applied to this apartment complex where we were told they would offer us a $99 security deposit "move in special". They held onto our application for an entire 7 days. When we called to check up on it, she told us she'd been working on it, even though we knew they hadn't called our past landlords or verified employment. Then we got an email from them that Friday afternoon telling us that the $400 security deposit was due within 24 hours or we would lose the apartment and once we paid it, we would be able to see the lease. Then we received another email from them telling us the next payment of $500 for the security deposit would be due on Monday (for a total of $900). We went to the office first thing the next morning when it opened to ask what the hell happened and why our security deposit was NINE TIMES what they had told us it would be and all we got were excuses about how they were busy and it wasn't their fault they hadn't heard from our past landlords but they needed to to verify our rental history or they couldn't reduce the rate. She refused to even show us the lease (saying it "wasn't generated yet"), but told us they wouldn't cancel our application. She said she would call later that day to let us know the status of things. We never heard from her. Then Monday morning, two days later, we got an email from them minutes after they opened informing us that our application was canceled because we hadn't paid the deposit AFTER telling us they wouldn't cancel our application. And they hadn't even finished processing it because they still have not spoken to any of our past landlords. When we called to ask what happened, the manager hung up on us! We called back and asked for the number to their head office and they refused to give it. Needless to say, THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. What a complete, skeezy, scammy place. I've never been treated worse by a management company in my life and I'm grateful we only lost $80 in application fees to them.

I used to live here and wrote a accurate review which they must have paid to get removed. I decided to walk the grounds for memory lane sake and there was still dog poop everywhere. They added a doggy bag station too. So dog poop and dog poop in bags now litter the grounds. The rent is ridiculous expensive for such an outdated dump with laundry on site. Paper thin walls, single pained windows that drip with condensation, everything is old and dirty. Parking lot is cramped and expect door dings.
