I’ve lived here for the last few years & it’s a wonderful place to live. The management is great. I’m thankful they don’t want constant access to my apartment like the last place I lived. The only issue I have is the difficulty I have each winter to keep the temperature inside my apartment at a comfortable level. The grounds are well kept & I love the large trees, huge moss covered rocks & the view of the hills in Washington (especially with the firework displays on the 4th of July & New Years Eve) from both of my back balconies.

landlords do not help or fix items , including unwilling to answer phones and make excuses. I think management has changed drastically over the last few years and think it is time for me to go , I can find better places with same amenities with the rent they charge in a skid row area of town with the homeless and cars getting broke into . Just awful place hopefully changes will be made

Wonderful friendly landlord, one of the best I've ever had. Great quiet place to live just off of great cheap shopping places. A little noisy from kids, but great for anyone who wants to raise a family.

The landlord wrote me six parking tickets for $119 a piece for parking in either visitor or office parking spots when I pay close to $1400 to live here. My car was broken into by people digging through the garbage, who she refused to file a police report for when our complex is private property, she insisted I park on the street. They didn't do anything about the frozen over driveway until I had spent two hours with a shovel chipping ice off the driveway yet their concern is keeping the pool from freezing in the middle of winter. Landlords way of responding to my frustration, a 90 day end of tenancy posted to my door. Do not live here
