Terrace At Columbia Knoll apartments, Just a good warning to other people who wants to move-in and Rent a place here @ there apartments, that this Area is NOT SAFE, lots of druggies, and lost or Rubbery, and Theft, U cant order anything online and have it be shipped to your apartment, it gets stolen, and u cant live anything on the patio, or outside your door for less then five min. & it gets stolen, their cameras don't capture anything, they are just there, LOTS OF Theft at these apartments, and its NOT SAFE since ALL the Druggies are hanging out around the apartments, and live their bags in the bushes next to your apartment, and much more....

They are both... the heights are for senior citizens and the surrounding apartments are for regular renters. My grandma lives in heights and she loves it.
