The boxing coaches here are incredible, shout out to Benji and his father Philippe. They're passionate about this sport and teaching proper technique. I used to train at a MMA gym for about 6 months, I learned more about striking within 2 sessions at Spartan Training than over the course of the 6 months at the other gym.

Saw the owner of the gold 4runner who has spartan training stickers on his windows, his buddy in the front seat smashed his head into the windshield and looked like he was in the middle of a manic episode. Driver didnt seen surprised or care. I would avoid any place that condones that kind of violent behavior.

Training at Spartan Fitness has been awesome! If your looking to grow your technical skills and maintain proper form while getting a killer workout, I recommend personal training sessions with Brian. While it’s not the most modern facility, the custom built equipment is impressive and really helpful.

Prior to training with Brian, I had not spent any significant amount of time in the gym, and had little to no sports/training knowledge or experience. The time I spent training with Brian gave me some of the most valuable knowledge and experience of my athletic career- as well as some major size and strength gains. It built a strong foundation that I used to begin training for track and field. I'm 28, and recently competed in the decathlon as a college athlete (late bloomer). Brian is fun to train with, laughs a lot, has a great attitude, and knows what he's doing. He will help you reach your goals. He will play disc golf with you, too!
