Customer service has been no help i’ve called twice. I ordered a package a week ago paid for shipping label has been created and it’s still sitting out their warehouse they can’t give me any information about when it will actually be sent or picked up. We like Adidas because it stands up to the way my kids tear up shoes that’s why I gave it two stars. But because of this I don’t know if I will ever order from the Adidas website again. I have never in my 30 years had this bad of an experience ordering something online.

would give zero if I could. $280 shoes fell apart less than 2 months (50 hours) of use. Contacted Adidas, went through their process for refund request; sent pictures, item #, production date, receipt....they determined product defective and sent return label, I sent them in, they confirmed receipt (May 17), said a refund/voucher would be issued in 28 business days. I called last week of June because I received nothing. They told me it would be July 1. I called on July 5 because still nothing. They told me supervisor would call in 24-48 hours. I called back July 9 because no one contacted me. Again told supervisor would call in 24-48 hours. I called back again on July 12 because no one called, again told same thing. Called again July 15 and told same thing. They won't let me speak to a supervisor, they have my money and they now have the defective product. It has been 2 months and no one is providing any clarity. If you are purchasing a product from Adidas thinking they will stand behind their product. please don't. Go somewhere else. They will not honor their pledge.

BUYER BEWARE-SPEND YOUR $ ELSEWHERE. It’s been almost a month since I purchased e-gift cards on their non-working website and have yet to receive a refund! I was charged $100 and have called customer service 5 times, each rep giving me a different timeframe on which to receive it, none this long. On to the Better Business Bureau and on until I receive my refund.

On 11/06/21 I ordered a pair of black & white GAZELLES. My shoes delivery date was 12/11/20, the date to day is 12/ 29/20 and still no shoes. I ordered my shoes well before the covid vaccine was being delivered by various delivering companies, I never received a word from Adidas about the status until I started checking around. Now here's the part that is so unbelievable. They send me to discount codes one for 15% off another one for 30% off. They should have kept them both because you only can use these codes for items that they tell you you can use them for. So after all that I've gone through the phone calls I have made to what sounds like a disgruntled customer service team would not allow me to purchase a pair of shoes that I really wanted because that is not the policy when items or should I say certain items are excluded from any discount. Adidas I'mma go on record I've been a fan since 85 rocking all the latest kicks the culture of Hip Hop which I am a part of has supported your brand for years, but today I have to say that I'm going to continue to purchase from Puma and Nike! Nikes customer service is superb, Puma is not too far back Adidas you have clearly dropped the ball in at this point I don't know if I'll buy another pair of Adidas and that hurts because I am a big fan of one of the most iconic shoe brands on planet Earth. You may have millions of customers but you just lost one!
