Live here for years, always paid on time and was a good tenant. Then water started to seep up through the floor and by the time I found it my room was saturated in black mold. I became very ill and went to management about it. We were told that we were going to be evicted when we couldn't afford the increase in rent and then on the street in less than a month. Oregon law doesn't hold apartments responding for mold issues. The maintenance crew just bleached the walls and painted over it. Black mold isn't killed this way. If you look into renting with these guys (and apartment owned by their company) and you smell mold when you walk into a place, just leave. If you smell mold, then mold is growing in that space. I'm now disabled and living with family. Have been disabled for a couple years. Be careful, your health is more important than a nice location.

Overpriced 70s apartment with no updates. Everything is old and junky, you can put your hand inside the wall where the carpet and wall meet. Pieces of crumbling wall in the carpet and since this place was built in 70s there's probably lead. The windows are the worst, single pained and always damp with condensation. Their solution during the winter is to leave them open so mold doesn't grow. So you can freeze because they are too cheap to put in windows that are energy efficient and don't have water dripping down them. The heaters in the bedrooms have one setting and it's full blast or nothing. You get one parking spot and the whole lot is cramped. The place is not worth the rent charged, you can find better with laundry in unit for a little more and with the dumpy expensive laundry on site you'd probably save money paying extra for in unit laundry.

I have lived here for over 4 years... The staff is awesome. I am hoping that the management will preserve our amazing plants and trees with some bark dust, or bark chips. they will help conserve water and protect them during the long hot summer ahead!!
