Hands down the only place you should shop for mattresses. I was completely blown away by salesperson Keith, who not only had an informed answer to every very-specific question I had, but also offered insights and tips that I wouldn't have even known to inquire about. If I had purchased online without dropping into this shop, I would have made a mistake. Not only in price and accessory options, but in customer service and consumer confidence. The entire process was so smooth and Keith later followed up to make sure the local delivery had gone well and we were happy so far with our mattress choice (tempurpedic pro-adapt and we definitely are!). When my partner returned to the shop to buy pillows, Keith even remembered that I had tried the high-loft pillow while in the store and he had noticed that it seemed too tall for me, so he recommended the medium for us both. That kind of attention to detail and genuine customer service is a rare and valuable gift. Big thanks to Keith and Bedsmart for setting us up for solid sleep success. Absolutely incredible.

Lovely selection of locally made mattresses that is just broad enough but not overwhelming. None of the marketing technobabble of most mattress places, and fair pricing. I was impressed that every time I went in (to basically lay around) there were other local families there too, and everyone was happy exploring. So different than a chain mattress experience, with a cavernous empty showroom and a voraciously aggressive sales person. I felt no pressure (neither on my mind nor my back) and left feeling confident I made a good choice.
