Went in to the store after one of those online brands that are so popular these days ended up failing us, and I have to say that the experience was great! We were immediately warmly greeted by Mike, who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped us to understand more about the complex world of mattresses. We felt very comfortable trying out the different beds and asking questions, there was no pressure and we ended up leaving with something that we think is a much better fit than our Nectar mattress. And if it turns out to not be the perfect fit then their great 120 day guarantee has us covered! I know it seems much easier these days to just order online and not have to deal with going in to a store and actually talking to people, but I’ve got to say it’s a much better way and you can actually try them out and ask questions and understand what you’re buying. Wonderful, no-pressure sales experience - Tom was very helpful and took the time to show us at least 14 different beds, giving us a great breakdown of the features of each (without trying to push one over another). After visiting 2 stores already on Black Friday and feeling a bit frustrated, we decided to try Bed Mart (Causey). We were greeted at the door by Brian N. with a smile and some immediate witty banter. Brian found us exactly what we needed and kept us in our price range. Having already spent much of the day looking at mattresses, we were thankful that Brian was so efficient and was able to get us taken care of so quickly. Great experience. Heck of a nice guy.
