Yes, offices are open on Monday the 31st! The nationwide CenturyLink outages have damaged phone systems across all offices.
No - you need to go Department of Motor Vehicles of Oregon to get your driver Lisence. Only here is where you renewal your Oregon Lisence. AAA is for towing package to carry with your auto insurance or they AAA Auto insurance and travel plans and discounts for motels
