I am so grateful for Dr. Chatson and his office staff. They are very professional and caring people. I was referred to him for my breast implant explant surgery and couldn't be happier with my results. He listens, he cares and he takes his time to make sure you understand your options. At the hospital one of the nurses said what a great surgeon he was and that he's a "perfectionist"--not a bad thing to hear when you're about to go under the knife! :) I will refer friends to him in a heartbeat.

The most amazing plastic surgeon!! I had a mastectomy on my right breast. Dr Chatson put an expander and I had to come in bi-weekly to get it expanded. They made the process so easy and they were so caring. Fast forward a few months I got my breast implants surgery & I am BEYOND happy with my results!! My confidence is back. The incision is perfect literally my whole experience was just amazing!! If your looking for a plastic surgeon he’s the one!! He also has an amazing staff at the office!! Thank you for helping my gain my confidence in my breast cancer journey.

When Should You Have Breast Implants Removed?

Andover Plastic Surgery: George P. Chatson, MD | Aug 30, 2020

Modern breast implants are designed to last for several years – and some may even last for a lifetime – but there are times when an implant will need to be removed or replaced. In some cases, it is simply a personal desire that drives the need to remove or replace breast implants. If you want to change the size or shape of your implants, for example, or if you want to change to a different type of breast implant. Removing implants altogether to return to your natural shape and size may also be a factor in seeking breast implant removal. There may also be issues like implant failure that require the removal and replacement of implants.

Who is a Good Candidate for a Mommy Makeover?

Andover Plastic Surgery: George P. Chatson, MD | Aug 30, 2020
Andover Plastic Surgery: George P. Chatson, MD | Aug 30, 2020

Mommy makeover focuses on the impacts of pregnancy and nursing such as fat accumulation, skin stretching and sagging, and diastasis recti. Because these physical changes are often unavoidable during and following pregnancy, the best candidates for mommy makeover surgery are women who do not plan on having more children. Having a mommy makeover will not interfere with your ability to have more children, but subsequent pregnancies will almost certainly undo the results obtained through your initial surgery.

Hi what is the cost of upper lid blephoroplasty? Can I have it done in less than two weeks? It’s practiced with general anesthesia? How long last the inflammation after surgery? I have tufts insurance, do you think it will be covered? If I sent a picture of my face Dr, can check it out and tell me if it is necessary? I feel so tired, the heaviness on my eyes is making me upset. Do I need to be referred by my primary care doctor? Please help me with all this information. Thank you!
