Came here with my kids after taking a mini mission walk and the kiosk were all messed up and they want u to use them to order. After taking at least 10 mins to place my order on the messed up touch screen I had to wait another 10 mins to pay at the register since I was paying eith cash I then waited about 5 mins for my food and it was delicious 😋 the burger was hot and the cheese was melted the fries were fresh and hot and they actually had salt on them the food was over all very good will definitely order again I just hope the kisok gets fixed before I return

Too bad I can't give ZERO STARS!! Went in to buy food, made a purchase, asked to use the bathroom the cashier said let me ask my manager and the manager looked at me and said "no bathroom!". How are you open with no bathroom? Is that legal? The other cashier was calling out the numbers for food, called my number and as I was walking over she said "well, I'm not calling this number again". With a really bad attitude and said it in Spanish but I speak the language. I said yes that's mine and she said (in spanish) "he needs to hurry up cause I only call numbers once!" Very poor attitude, rude and manager allowed it. I not expecting 5 star service, however, common courtesy is the least one should get. Thank goodness there are McDonald's everywhere so don't need to return to this one. Disappointed, especially being in the upper east side. Please address this and all the Spanish insults speaking about customers. Shame.

They refused to serve other patrons who didn’t know how, or couldn’t use the kiosk. They refused to let a gentleman use the restroom (he wanted to be a paying customer but couldn’t figure out the kiosk). They refused to allow my 4 year old daughter and I sit down to eat her happy meal. It was snowing outside and we live 20 blocks away. She just wanted a happy meal for Valentine’s Day… this “iconic” restaurant needs to rethink its values. I’m not a big fan of McDonald’s, but my kids are. I’ll do my utmost to avoid taking them as a result of this experience.
