I would say they were pretty great except everything is very complicated with them they do not have office hours to physically go talk to somebody if you need to replace say like your laundry card not only do they charge you $25 for the card they also make it be mailed to you instead of handing it to you right then and there for $25 you would think a card would be a little bit more convenient. But other than that the exteriors look pretty tidy. The interiors could use a better handyman

Their office staff is far from knowledgeable about their rentals and with their 3rd party screening there's no one to talk to. I was denied because the screening agency called my prior landlord and left a message. They didn't hear back the same day and denied me instantly. The landlord informed me they returned the call and did the interview. They won't change their decision on it either. $50/adult ap fee also.

unfortunatly i was denied for reasons that were unclear. they nwver communicated with me about the denial. i have no evictions and read the criteria and met the standards before applying. i do have poor credit but that was communicated before the process took place. they are defitinitly after the application money. i do wish the best of luck in your endeavors. but look elsewhere.
