2 stars for the valet parking service, pretty nice and welcoming ( yes much more welcoming than the receptionist) Stood in front of the desk waiting for checking in, all 3 receptionist stared at us and then finally helped us check in. Room is fairly clean, AC is nice, but but it’s kinda small to call it a junior suite compared to the photos on their website due to different orientation. No balcony, I called the front desk and their answer is not every room featured with balcony (?) then you should not have any photos of junior suite with balcony on your website 🤷‍♀️ Bathroom ok , some hair on the wall. Overall the service is really cold 🥶 maybe they’re exhausted from the holiday crowd but it’s just not professional. Might go back to book Hilton next time although it’s up the hill…. not that convenient. Oh btw the view from our room is really average. Beware that there’s no options for the view to choose on the website if you wanna book a suite.

My husband and I were just there for 2 nights for our anniversary. Positives were good location (within walking distance of lots of restaurants), friendly staff, pretty nice room, very clean, and pet friendly. Negatives were walls pretty thin (we could hear neighbors on both sides), almost no counter space in bathroom, bed was not super comfortable, was not real impressed with pool area. Given that it's a good location and pet friendly we'll probably be back.
