The views were amazing and the staff was great. Schooner’s restaurant was very good. My only complaint was that the bed was not very comfortable (too soft for me) and the pillows had a dirty smell. The bedding and carpets could use a good cleaning.

Wow!! Wife & I stayed 3-nights for our anniversary over Labor Day weekend. Hotel staff was vigilantly attentive in everyway - valet service great; shuttle service also great. Spa service relaxing and professional. Wait staff at Schooners and Coastal Kitchen was top-notch!!! Room was super-clean and well appointed. We will certainly stay again - highly recommended - Enjoy :)

Agreed! Funny, management/ownership sent email about discontinuing plaza preferred on 4-14-22, made response to them on 4-15-22 about what a huge mistake they were making and got NO RESPONSE! Now that’s 4star service in action.

If your room is not available when you arrive, you can leave your bags with the bell desk. And you can explore the city. They will put your bags in the room for you.
I saw an amtral bus stop very close to the hotel.. worth looking into. Might be infrequent service
Yes, you can add on stuff from the spa. Might be cheaper to call the hotel directly to book; especially if you are going for a special occasion (like birthday/anniversary).
