Yes, you can add on stuff from the spa. Might be cheaper to call the hotel directly to book; especially if you are going for a special occasion (like birthday/anniversary).
Yes, you can add the spa at any time. If you want to do it, you may want to book in advance. The hotel is busy and the spa schedule fills up. I had to settle for a bubble bath...but it was delightful!!
