Anybody care that their long established plaza preferred loyalty program has been discontinued?! What a shame, totally disappointed in their decision, time to shop & stay elsewhere.

Agreed! Funny, management/ownership sent email about discontinuing plaza preferred on 4-14-22, made response to them on 4-15-22 about what a huge mistake they were making and got NO RESPONSE! Now that’s 4star service in action.

Time to be loyal elsewhere
