On four separate occasions, me or family members have tried to rent cars from here. We would book online a few days in advance then when we got to the location we are always told something along the lines of "Sorry, we don't have that here" or "We already rented out that vehicle to someone else". On two of these occasions we were told that they didn't have ANY cars available to be rented out. They are quick to try and make you pay even more money for another car, even though they are obviously the ones at fault. When I personally went the first time, we processed all the paper work and my card was charged before I was informed they didn't have my car but they could put me in a compact for, get this, THE SAME MONEY AS AN SUV. 'Cause you know, you can fit a whole family and luggage into one of those. When I declined they said they would just reverse the transaction but of course it could be up to 10 business days before I got my money back. It does not take 10 days for them to collect money from my account. You would think they could be faster releasing my funds back to me, considering they took the rental fee PLUS their $400 or so deposit. Be careful when renting here. Luckily, I was a local preparing for a road trip (that I couldn't take thanks to these scum bags) and my bank helped me with a dispute to get my money back even faster, but if you're traveling through and HAVE to leave, these lowlifes have no issue with taking your money and doing a bait and switch which could potentially leave you way overpaying or just being flat-out stranded. I finally learned my lesson after giving them chance after chance, hoping things would be better. I will never go to this company again, even if they were the LAST rental company on earth.

I booked a rental online. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile. Landon A. was the rep that assisted me. He placed in a nice clean car. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental car.

Debit cards require a $500 hold, which USED to be released after 24 hours. Not sure about credit cards, but it's not the same requirement.
Drivers license, two utility bills with your name/address, if your witha premium cell phone company (ATT, T-Mobile, Verizon), those bills are acceptable, as well as cable bills.
Saturdays, 9am-12pm Sundays, closed.
