They have valet parking only. There is a parking structure across the street next to the portola hotel. Price is pretty much the same.
$25 hotel valet only, $7 parking structure a couple blocks away, ask the valet and they will direct you to closest lot, and the cheapest parking is $free.99 on the street (see signs for time limits)
If you pay for valet. So yes.
They give par king validation for guests and for restaurant users I believe when you use the valet. I know w hen we used the restaurant they validated, I don't recall if parking was in the room charge when I had rooms.

Street parking if you are lucky. When I was there valet was $25 a day, but just a couple blocks away it was $7 a day in a parking garage.
