Good as always and cheap. This SmartPark location is really good. I was there is the evening during the week day and it had a lot of parking slots even on first level. I think it has 5 or more levels.

Amazing place to park when visiting the waterfront, especially the area by the cherry blossoms since it's right across the road. Can get very busy tho, due to being right on the waterfront. But it's affordable

The surrounding area is not pleasant because of the homeless population, dirty sidewalks and the rise in crime but SmartPark at Naito and Davis is secure. They have helpful staff, regular foot patrols and the price is reasonable.

We park here whenever we go out and leave our car for more than a couple hours. The lot is always monitored and open all night so there’s no need to rush back. Spots are a little bit of a tight squeeze but with my Toyota Tacoma I’ve managed to make it work every time.

There's a smart park garage in that area that you can park in all day. You can't park on the street all day.
There charge is correct! Up to four hours in s considered short term during the week. $15.00 is the rate, that occurs at 4 hours and one minute. When parking in Portland if you think or know you are going to exceed four hours you will always want to check daily rates. A better option is to park for four hours or less and move to another garage or street parking. Remember your time starts and stops at the entrance/exit.
