Looked online the hours are unclear what time is it open to public to skate on Saturdays ?

You can find hours on the hours calendar at http://oakspark.com/site/hours.html. Just click the "Click for Hours" on the day you'd like to come and all hours are listed there (it is a Google Calendar so make sure your browser is set to allow 3rd party apps). Saturdays we offer 2 open skate sessions: 1-5 PM and 7-10:30 PM.

There are 2 sessions on Saturday. I'm not sure of the 1st but, the 2nd starts at 6pm
