Great question! At the discretion of our managers, wheelchairs are absolutely allowed on the skating floor. It is a great idea to give the rink a ring at 503-233-5777 to talk with a manager before coming in just so they can make sure there won't be any issue.
Beau is right, I've skated when there have been folks in wheelchairs on the rink too.
Oaks park skating rink is wheelchair accessible and I have seen wheelchairs on the floor.
