My daughter is at the Hooper Detox now, and she's petrified that she is going to be tossed to the street and be homeless - she needs a sober, safe place. Would they just toss her out to the road?

They offer programs for after detox

If she wants to attend trearment they can help her but if nothing is avalible during her detox (3-10 days typically) then unfortunatley they can no longer keep her there because they need to give the resources to another addict whom needs to detox. They do try to get you into a shelter while you look for a program if you are homeless but they can no longer "house" the homeless population once they are medicially detoxed and cleared.
