I went in to do the evaluation, of course they send me off to the place they recommended, and when I finished my courses they would not send my paperwork to the courts to show I finished my requirements. I had two days before the paperwork needed to be there after multiple calls and being cussed out by whoever answers the phone there I was told to come get the paperwork myself and mail it express. The courts needed it to come from them I explained this so they told me to mail it to them and put their name on the package. The paperwork, of course, did not get there in time so the post office refunded me the $20 that I had to pay to get it there in time and of course they sent the refund back to ADES. I contacted them to let them know it was coming to them and they said they would call me once it came in. After calling them for 2 weeks to find out when I could come down to get my money I quit calling because I could not stand being talked to the way they do. You would think they would treat people a little better going in and coming out of rehabilitation.
