Six of the thirteen yurts allow pets. I couldn't find anything online about yurt capacity, but you could call them at 503-842-4981 and a friendly person will tell you.
Yes there are yurts, yes dogs are allowed
Yes they have yurts. I am not sure of their pet policy, but most of them do allow pets.
