They never have the part i need and when i have a pickup order its still not ready for pickup when they said it would be got told to wait 3 hours still nothing. Either you guys get the part today or not but they keep horsing around be nice to not wait all day on a part if it is not coming! Update finally got it was just later in the day.

The staff was incredible. They helped change out my alternator on the spot since I didn't have my tools with me. I've learned to expect this customer service from every O'Reilly I've been to.

Amazing amazing staff. I can not say enough about this place. We were on our way to Lincoln City Oregon for spring break vacation with out young sons on a Sunday our alternator went out in the pouring rain. Victoria was so understanding and helpful getting us the right parts as I was very upset by this unexpected happening. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name that was working with her. They both went out of the way to help us. Thankfully my husband's a mechanic and brought tools. They let us use the parking lot to change it and we were on our way in less then an hour. Thank you so much for all your help.

This is an Auto Parts store, not a mechanic. They only do very basic tests on a few components and install wipers, things like that. I'd suggest calling a tow company and getting it towed to a mechanic
Wearing a mask ,and 6 feet apart while checking out.
They might not have them in stock because there are so many model vehicles to stock for but, they might be able to order them for you.
Just take a look at the parts and see if they are the same. And that will tell you
Best to ask an O'Reillys employee. Maps volunteers can often tell you if a store carries something, but we aren't always savvy on tech stuff. That being said, I would recommend replacing the cap completely, if nothing else. The distributor itself should be ok, depending on the conditions the vehicle has been kept in.
