Have asked that owner Nigel Dean contact me re issues with deliveries on our single lane gravel road which his trucks are destroying. Called 3 times now, still no call. 12/3/2019 . Now the drivers are harassing us even more.

Our road is gravel and is privately maintained by the property owners who live on the road. We buy the gravel to fill the potholes, and pay for the gravel to cover the entire Suttle Road. It costs $1700 to $2,000 to fix our road annually. The majority of the property owners are seniors living on a fixed income. Dean's trucks do not do the posted 10 MPH speed limit causing washboard damage to the base. In August the road was repaired and should have been good for at least until spring. There is no gravel left in the driving lanes, it's soft, so now when we drive we will have mud once the wet season comes. Thank you Dean Innovations and Nigel Dean! So considerate of you. Did I mention, Dean's had 120 super dump trucks in between July 4, 2017 and September 2017. And no one ever replaced the gravel our neighbors had paid for in June 2017.

There is a different company that shares the property with Dean and they can get a little wild, but I just put my sombrero on and start dumping trash
