Came to this clinic when I was visiting Portland from Skagit county Washington. Clean, professional, & had my info all set up no issues or hassle. Went grateπ

This is a great, compassionate, healing-oriented place. That said, mistakes are made because PEOPLE work there. I see a LOT of complaining by people who want their counselor to hold their hands, or bend rules for THEM. All in all, it is a methadone clinic, if you are looking for comprehensive counseling find a doctor.

Just know that 50%of the of the customers need to be treated like children so then they treat the other 50% the same even if your doing what your required to do. They should give a 5min window for groups. Also they need to allow another counselor to be of a wider range of help to us if your counselor is busy. All n all, I'm thankful for them being there and working with my work schedule.

I have been a part of Allied for over 5 years now & 3 and a half of those years have been spent @ Belmont Allied FOR A REASON! In my experience so far I've only had experience w/ 1 other clinic & I would detox before returning to this "Other" Portland Clinic. Now I have had over 3years in additional experience when my partner attended not 1 or 2, but 3 different Methadone Clinics in those 3years.... Let me tell you, I TREASURE my "Compliant" status at Belmont! Trust & Believe you NEVER know for Certain unless you personally witnessed something. However, that's when having an R.O.I. to keep your partner honest is suggested. Then @least you know you have what they say as well as how & why a decision was decided upon. All I'm attempting to convey is the fact that even my random minor irritations around methadone treatment I'm ABSOLUTELY & COMPLETELY satisfied w/ Belmont as a whole. Not to mention the staff are genuinely invested in each/every patient that wants to stay clean & make positive changes. ***** For all Belmont patients who think that we got it bad, then stand up for what you believe in & transfer to another clinic {not another Allied either}! I'd be willing to make an experienced foreshadowing.... You wouldn't make it 6months before DESPERATELY seeking any/every possibility that could return you to Belmont! Let's just say I've seen it more times than I care to count. THANK YOU BELMONT ALLIED, specifically ALL Staff from Director to Security! You've given me back the gift of Hope, Hope that it's truly not too late to turn my life around & chase my dream.
