Excellent customer service! Employees were friendly and made sure customers were given opportunities to ask questions. Fish seemed well cared for and store was clean and well organized. We'll definitely choose this store over other big name pet stores in the area!

So I'm only going to give this place a one star because there's no way to give them none . So I went in this place with an open mind and availability to either tropical salt water or freshwater fish. My heart yearned for a puffer fish but immediately I was confronted with a lady who insisted on hard times by stating my tank was too small.. BUT I NEVER GAVE THAT INFORMATION TO HER! Then when I walked away she said to let her know if I needed further assistance to let her know... AS IF!! AS I MADE my way around I found it difficult to find someone to spend time with me to go over choices on fish and compatibility. Unfortunately I wasn't worth the time or effort because they would eventually come by answer one question before walking away to do thier business. I sadly gave up the original choice of my puffer fish. And settled for four other fish that I paid 48 dollar's for only to come home release them into the perfect aquarium fit for the fish needs and within a matter of less than five minutes. Dead!!! All four of my expensive and loved life fish now dead. Thanks slot to world of pets for taking time to answer my questions and making sure your fish found good homes. !! REALLY NO THANKS. absolutely unfair

Been getting all my fish and supplies here for the few years I’ve had my tank. All the critters I’ve gotten have been super healthy. Everyone working here has always been super helpful, especially when I was a beginner.

The employees here are always so helpful and nice. If I need help, someone is always available and knowledgeable. I've been in about 5 times for supplies, shrimp and tetras. Never had a bad experience. Their product is great, fish are always healthy and their rewards program is AWESOME.

They have an adopt tank, but it generally has small tropical fish. You may need to call and find out.

Just like everywhere else. Have to have a mask, they have a certain amount of people they can be in the shop at a time. Reminding people to social distance as much as they can.

I don't that's mostly because I have a planted tank. If I have a reef tank I would as salt water life stocks are a lot more expensive. I'd use a bucket with a propeller and airstone at min for 10 days

I've ordered livestock from them before. If they've gotten it in before, they most likely can get it for you. If they've never ordered it before, they can try and see if their buyer has it.
