This shop is fairly convent for me to get to. The folks who run the store are nice and helpful and you can get in and out quickly. This store consistently has the big bag of Solid Gold Wold King in stock which I appreciate. Petco beats the other stores and internet delivery outfits on price of this particular kibble. AND... Freddie's is right there next door so you can duck in and get groceries and that store has the best selection and price on micro-brew beer :)

Grooming appointment for our 12lb dog - the store did great; exactly what we hoped for. Marvin came back nice and clean. The shop was easy to find (they have their own door or you can enter through Petco) and he was done in less than 2 hours.

Do not take your dog to this location for grooming. It has been a frustrating experience. A month ago, I made an appointment for grooming. On the day of the appointment, they told me that my dog rabies vaccine has expired and they cannot groom him. My vet is closed on Saturday and was unable to verify the vaccine status. I had to drive all the way home and rescheduled the appointment. I didn't receive any reminder during the appointment that the vaccine has expired. 2 weeks later, I brought my dog back for the scheduled appointment. I told them that I gave my dog some sedative which was previously recommended by their staff because he is highly anxious and tends to be very vocal. They refused to groom him and told me that it is their policy that they do not take dog who has taken sedative unless it is CBD. There is nothing in their written policy that says that. Needless to say, I had to drive my dog home for the second time without getting groomed. I will never bring my dog back to Petco or even shop with them anymore. The customer service really says a lot about their company culture and their staff. Stay away. This is not a company you want to spend your money with.

Call me bias but I do my best to help and will hand you off to another clerk if I cannot answer your question to a full level of comfort Otherwise, as a customer, I trust my coworkers to give out the best information available and to avoid pushy unnecessary sales, I say this as someone who came in before being known as a employee just to get an idea of my future coworkers
