Still waiting to get fence done that I paid 1/2 of 3 months ago. Called them at the beginning of the week to find out when they were coming and was told they were coming by the end of the week. End of week here and they never showed. Called again and no one picked up so I left a message. Guy just called me tonight and tells me we were t even on the schedule and he has no idea who told me that we were, in fact, apparently they have to resubmit request for permit that wasn’t approved. Hmmmm….how could we be on the schedule yet not have the permit.

Purchased custom gate, hinges and gate latch. Gate was built to specifcation. Hinges were correct and new. Gate latch appeared used. I returned the gate latch and was given another. It also appeared used. I questioned this with counter person and was told they all appear that way because they are "worn" from there storage area . I accepted the used/worn latch and attempted to install it. The latch has a tail piece on it that attaches to the mounting hardware. Once assembled the latch tailpiece was nearly touching the gate frame. When the latch lifted to open, it pressed against the frame and would not open without using force. I attempted adjusting it to no avail. Ended up removing it and cutting 3/16 off the tailpiece and the world started turning again. With the running around and such I had 3 hours in a 30 minute R&R. The gate, the hinges and the service was good. Butt those latches.....

Fly the flag upside down and decide to be obnoxiously political and you lose my business and respect. Went looking for a fencing company for my property and will not be giving it here.

Great company had a problem with my gate 3 years after they installed thay came out the next day and fixed it for free.
