The studio is a large workroom in my home. I do not keep regular hours, but if you call in advance and let me know that you are coming, I'll be sure to be here. My mother hooked rugs several decades ago. Her group of hookers are all gone now. I now have her supplies. Much of the wool was boxed in the basement. Mice have found a home in many of the boxes. Is there a way to save the wool?

Get it out of the boxes and into the washer. Rug hookers can work around holes but it needs to be cleaned. If it is really bad, you will want to shake it out outside first.
