Sitting here at Petco for a 9:30 grooming appointment but no one can check me in. His groomer is late for her shift and the manager is no where to be found.. This a picture of them taking in other dogs that checked in after me. It is now 9:46. After all that time they couldn’t take him because he has a heart murmur. It is now 9:54 and I could have been told that from the beginning but they have a stupid policy where only the specific groomer or the manager can check dogs in. I feel like they should pay me for my wasted time and I make 60 bucks an hour! They owe me 30 bucks!!!!

Nice store with pleasant and courteous staff. Clean and well stocked merchandise and pet friendly.

Corporate at PETCO obviously doesn't care about animals as they wont even compensate employees fairly enough to keep their stores adequately staffed and stocked. About 50% off the shelves are empty and its been this way for more than a year. The fact that this location doesn't supply carts or hand baskets for customers is another reminder that corporate wont even provide basic shopping needs. Do you think they'll adequately meet the needs of your pets?

No safety procedures just wear mask. And I agree it is a disappointment to see dead fish that they knew about all day and didn't get them out of the tank from what the employee said at closing time.
Both actually. I would like to know why this company feels the need to remove a safe harness off a dog in the middle of the entry and rope a noose around their neck. Pretty simple question. I'm happy to sign a waiver saying that I'll buy a new harness if they break it. Doesn't make sense to me.
SE PDX prices: Kitten set is $59 for FVRCP, FELV, and deworming. Booster cost extra each visit after that. (Usually $35-45) and you can add Rabies to your package for an extra $10, saving you $9 in the long run. Hope that helps.
They have a good selection of tanks, but you would want to call before you drove over to the store
Depends on the store
I'm not sure. I don't have a puppy. But I'm sure if u contact them, they can assist you with that. I'm sorry.
I don't work there, just a customer here. Best thing to do is call your nearest store and inquire.
They do usually have a variety to choose from. Rarely they have been out, but when they were they were prepared to tell me where to go to get some.
They can do that service for you if you wish to pay their price. Usually $10-$20 You can also purchase a trimmer and do it yourself. I recommend the biggest nail trimmer you can find if it's a big dog.
