What is it with this grooming process where they take the harness off your dog then put a cord/noose around their neck and drag them off. Time for a new groomer and they need to shut this place down as they don't take care of your pet.

Both actually. I would like to know why this company feels the need to remove a safe harness off a dog in the middle of the entry and rope a noose around their neck. Pretty simple question. I'm happy to sign a waiver saying that I'll buy a new harness if they break it. Doesn't make sense to me.
