THE CLERKS OFFICE DOES NOT OPEN AT 7 AS STATED. Monday through Thursday it opens at 0830. On Friday it.opens at 0930.

Contact the Clerk of the U.S. District Court on the 7th floor of the federal courthouse. At the time of filing, they should have stamped it with a number.
