Every single time I come here it's always something. The first time, there was one lady that was extremely rude for me not knowing the address of my recipient right away. The second time, there was obscene yelling in the back like a man was telling a child to get off their phone or something but in pretty sure there's only employees there.. Then that same day, I ask if I can use the tape to close up my package, and the clerk says the customers can't use the tape?? since when can you not tape up packages at a facility that literally sends out packages?? the third and most recent time, it's about closing time and there's a line to the door and only one clerk, but two other employees are visible. one sitting doing some work on a computer and one seems like they're gonna stand by the door when it's time to close. that's all fine, I can understand if you guys are understaffed and I respect that I don't really care, but the one woman that was about to stand by the door to let customers leave after closing tells the one doing work on the computer to help customers and they both have an attitude with each other. it's not professional and I know you guys are probably struggling but stop acting like you have the worst job in the world. we can see how you treat your employees, your coworkers, and your customers. that same employee got up and starting helping custom finally but in her tone and the way she ignored customers as they talked showed how bad her customer service was. but don't take it out on others it's not worth it

It always amazes me the lack of service at this location. Often there will be 2 or 3 clerks, two with their windows closed restocking stamps or mundane chores instead of helping customers that are out both doors and around the building. Having spent decades in customer service myself, this truly grates on my nerves.

I have had some major issues with our mail delivery. I have had my $1200 phone delivered to the right apartment number at the wrong building and have gotten my neighbor's mail and vice versa. Other neighbors have had gift cards never show up. I even think someone who shouldn't have access to our main mailbox is able to open it and pick and choose what they want. When a package didn't fit in the mailbox it would be left in the lobby and rarely recovered. Luckily, I have learned to promptly track my packages and address issues immediately. Also, we have an incredible mailman named Matt who goes above and beyond to make sure that our mail is safe and in the proper slot. Matt is the best mail person we have had in over 8 years of heavy turnovers. I hope we get to keep him.

Don't know why they got bad reviews. I've used this post office for 10+ years. I've always had great, friendly service. I've probably visited 50 times. I've seen really crabby customers, but haven't seen the staff act negatively. Some people can be so entitled. It's a post office. They do their job. I have the best postal carrier ever. He's out of this office. He knows it's difficult for me to get around. He's offered to help me get signed up for "hardship" which means he would deliver to my house rather than having to go to the mailbox a couple blocks away. He's the best.
