I have been a customer here for 4 years. Have had unpleasant experiences with several "transistional" obnoxious employees here. Thankfully they don't work here anymore. The headmaster Jamie and the other manager Ms. Shrill Sampson have been always personable and helpful to me. I just want to write here to express my thankfulness. The city is getting bigger and bigger and people are being more and more hasty with each other. It is nice that Jamie and Shrill are here in this USPS location.

I tracked my package. It didn't move for five days. Why do they just sit on them?

I arrived at the Post Office before 7 o'clock and was standing in line The clerk locked the door at 7 o'clock and said we're not helping anybody else very rudely. He then was complaining to another client in line about the he didn't want to help me he wasn't going to do anything for me. She spoke up in inside he was being very rude in he started screaming at her. This man was screaming at a woman at the top of his lungs and then when another customer stood up for her he yelled at him too. The most unprofessional transaction I've ever seen at the Post Office the man should be fired he should not be interacting with customers it was terrible.

Depending on what time of day you decide to pop in, it may be a long wait unless you are there when the doors first open or in the middle of the week. Many PO Boxes, big Lobby and any Services provided by the USPS&staff

Yes the post office at the airport does passport service but check local city offices around where you live and chances are they also do the same service but here is the best part you don't need a appointment. When I did my family we walked right into the lake oswego city office.and they.were done in 20 mins and that.for 4 passports and again we didn't have any appointment. So check your city office out it may save you a bunch of time at the same cost. Have fun with your travels also go to AAA to get your international drivers license so u can rent a car overseas . It will make all the difference and its only 20 bucks..........take care
This Post Office will be closed by Oct. 2022. The property owner wants the land back for an airport expansion.
Please visit Business solution center (Bmeu) located at 7700 ne cornfoot rd. M-f 8-5.
Airport facility is open 24/7....
Do you have a PO box here? I work there and if you have a PO box there you can pick up a package addressed to your box number.
7pm weekdays 6pm weekends
If i recall it's before noon daily for PO boxes
The office opens at 10am, the building opens at 8:30.
It IS slated to move, and has been for a while. COVID delayed the move, and there is no announced date yet. I believe they will give at least 90 days due to the PO BOX holders needing to possibly find alternate options. The last time I talked to the employees her about it, they said the move is still planned, but no ETA. That was in December.
Bob Konick , the post office is still there but trimet has a lot of construction going on right in front, it is open.
Yes, it's a fully staffed Post Office
Depends on the zip code... USPS express is actually guaranteed for 2-day shipping even though it says it is overnight. FYI USPS can deliver express packages on Sunday if they have someone working at the post office on Sunday. But my guess is do not expect your package until Monday. Otherwise you can ask for a refund for the missed promised delivery time.

If you are using the airport post office, they have a self service kiosk and it is open during this time period. Credit/debit cards only. Use their Express priority boxes. You will get a receipt and they have a night drop bin just across from the kiosk.
We just rate places we have been to we don't work for thwm....so the best advice is to call them
It would be possible for it to be delivered Monday if you drop it off at the main distribution plant 7007 Cornfoot. It would have gone on a flight. Processed on Sunday. Taken to its post office Monday and very possibly delivered Monday. Usually though... the day you drop it off or have it picked up doesnt count as one of the 2 days. That starts when it gets first processed. If you mail EXPRESS it would have been by Monday.
The cornfoot location. It's the main branch then it's sent out to the station
As far as I am aware, there are no direct lines. Sorry.
I suggest you contact the 1-800 number and they would narrow down the postmaster at that facility. Pls.make sure you get a report number b4 the end of your call! B prepared2take notes of the conversation you have, obtain the name of whom you speak to& ask questions. I can't emphasize anymore in generating that paper trail and you should be able to speak to someone in that department. If you get a kind of person, in customer service, they should take your name and number and tell you "someone" shall be contacting you unless you ask direct questions such as myself....ugh.... to obtain important pertinent information so that you can find your lost item. Good luck! they also have a form 4 lost items so make sure you ask for that also and you should be able to obtain that from the website especially if they give you the specific form name and number that applies to the "form"!
Deadline is 5PM Monday to Friday

Do you have a tracking number? You need to check through a computer. What were the terms under which your package was mailed? Lots of variables.
Depends on the collection point. At "my" post office, the first collection is at 1 pm. Even if it was 10 am, it is subject to change without notice.
None
On-line? There may be a phone number specific to customer service. Long waits on hold.
I am under the impression that Holidays have the same pick up schedule as Sunday: none.
I'm so sorry.
Typically it will be postmarked as though it was received on Monday.
