Our organization has twice asked--since June--for the invitation necessary to be able to set up ACH deposits for our bulk mail account. I need to bulk mail today and need to know what the balance is in our account. Please advise ASAP.

I would suggest contacting your local post office. Maybe the accountable clerk will know or maybe they could get you in contact with an agent that handles bulk mail delivery.
