I had two pieces of mail that I was expecting, one of them was a paycheck and I never received it. I checked with all my neighbors and it looks like USPS lost my mail and there is really nothing I can do about it since there system makes it completely difficult and for some reason the BBB website won’t let me file a claim against them. This post office needs to get their act together.

I usually have to ship after hours. I have recently had to start going to the post office on Oregon city. Which is out of my way and takes more gas to get there. The oak Grove location is always out of flat rate boxes, kiosk is down or the place to put your boxes is packed full. Most of these problems are not long after they close. They should be checking the lobby out before going home.

I tried calling for some help with a scheduled package pick up that didn't happen. I called twice and after the phone ringing a bunch, someone just picks up and hangs up. And don't even bother calling their 1877 number, it's an aggressively endless automated system that doesn't want you to talk to a person. How is the USPS even around anymore? There must have been a time way back in their history when they cared to provide good service.

EDIT to my review: *14 attempts (so far) to contact this office by phone today about my missing package and no answer. 4 times the phone was answered and instantly hung up. I get they are busy but maybe they should change their automated message to say that they are not answering any calls, rather than "Stay on the line and your call will be put through?" * My experience with the counter staff has been fine, they generally help me solve my MANY and CONSTANT issues with the carrier who in the course of a year has delivered probably half my packages to the wrong mailbox and marked them delivered. Since Christmas I have had to call weekly to ask the carrier to track down my packages (almost always in neighbors boxes) and get them to me days later than expected because he couldn't be bothered to deliver them correctly to begin with. It's getting REAL OLD.

We do answer our phones. At some times during the day, we dont have enough people to answer all of the calls as well as do other duties. Try calling in the afternoon since the main priority in the mornings is getting the carriers out on the road.
I haven't had that experience as of yet.
Probably not as today is an official holiday. Priority Mail usually gets delivered on Sundays and holidays but only a small percentage of packages are shipped as priority mail.
